We were introduced to Neil Tucker by David Salisbury who built and assembled the infrastructure of the new orangery. We needed a building company to carry out the ground and associated works for the Orangery and I arranged to meet Neil Tucker, who had carried out similar works alongside David Salisbury over a period of some 14 years. Having met Neil Tucker on site and subsequently  obtained a quotation for the works from him, he and his team were appointed. During the project Neil Tucker worked very closely with David Salisbury in terms of the survey work and detailed drawings. The groundwork, electrics, plumbing, heating, plastering painting were all carried out by Neil Tucker and his specialist trade teams, who came down to our property in Cornwall from Somerset and stayed in nearby b&bs/hotels during the construction and building phase. We were extremely pleased with the attitude and approach of the Tucker team and in particular with the quality of their work, which is reflected in the finish. During the construction period, certain minor additions were sought by me and the works were completed within the original quotation plus the cost of the minor additions.”
